To start rhe music

If we want to publish the score of a piece, we need the license agreement(s) from people who have rights on this piece; they generally are publishers (that you should not confuse with the companies pressing and selling C.D.s.), who bought from the musicians rights on their pieces.

At the moment it has been impossible to get licensing agreements from some publishers, as they did not reply to our demands.

If you take a glance at the list of copyrights, you will note that the score of such or
such piece cannot be published, or can be published only in a limited territory because
such publisher did not grant us the license agreement.

Taking these constraints into account, we decided, to simplify , to sell the anthology only out of North America; moreover at the beginning some pieces will not be published; some pieces will be published only in the territory EU/EFTA (Europe, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland); the limitations are as follows:
Volume 1 : piece 2 is sold only in the EU/EFTA territory;
Volume 2: pieces 15,16,17,19 are sold only in the UE/EFTA territory; piece 21 is not sold;
Volume 3: pieces 15,17,25,26,27 are not sold.

The "text" part relating to the lacking pieces will be however graciously delivered to you.

In order to simplify the website, the cost of the volume is uniformly 30 EUROS, included for the amateurs non situated in the EU/EFTA territory; for the latter, the lack of the pieces has been compensated by reducing consequently carriage costs.

In the field of the appearence of the collection, the lacking pieces will give way to jumps in the page-numbering, because it is difficult to start again the page-numbering of a volume each time a new piece is introduced, according to the willingness of the publishers. As soon as we will obtain new licensing agreements, we will warn you in this "amateurs' corner".
